ORDER:-
The
Prl. Chief Conservator of Forests, Hyderabad in his letter 2nd
read above, proposed certain Amendment in the Government Orders
1st read above, stating that the change proposed in
the sharing mechanism do not change the project position.
2. He has therefore proposed for modification of the
following sentence in the para G
(c) at page 10 of the Annexure to Government Order 1st
read above.
?This amount should in no case be less than 50% of
the net income after deducting harvesting and transportation cost
and the same is amended as below:
This amount
should ordinarily be 50% of the net income after deducting harvesting
and transportation cost and in case the required amount is more
than 50% of the income, the proposal needs approval of the General
Body of the VSS"
3. In his letter 3rd read above, he has
stated that as it is not possible to pass a part of the net revenue
from Beedi Leaf as provided in Government Order, due to variation
in the system of Beedi Leaf sale in Telangana and system of sale
in Andhra and due to the accounting procedure prevailing in Government,
he has proposed to delete the clause G (b) of Annexure ? I to
the above Order.
Thus order issues with
concurrence of the Finance and Planning (FW.Exp.EFST) Department
vide their U.O.No.2893/Secy. (R&E)/97, dated: 3-9-1997.
